I have some concerns about the Kocourek VW dealership and their service. My 2022 Tiguan has been in for routine service a few times since purchasing. My bill has never been less than $500 for “routine” service. 3 times ago I needed a new steering column put in, everything was good until it started blasting the horn while at work on a Friday evening. I had to pull the fuse to get it to stop and Kocourek said the air bag was not sitting correctly. I had to go all weekend without the safety feature of the horn due to their installation. When I brought the vehicle back in to have them look at the horn I was told I’d have to rent a car if I needed a vehicle even though they weren’t sure they could look at it Monday morning. So I have to pay for a rental vehicle from their lot due to their mistake? Their courtesy car does not take me to my work due to location. The Chevy dealer across the street, also owned by Kocourek, will give a car off the lot if they need to keep the vehicle or fix something that was their mistake. Last time I was told I needed break fluid replaced at 50k miles as it was recommended, $500 later. This last time I was told they see “3-4” SUVs a week that have coolant leaking from the oil auxiliary bracket - the car is practically brand new - how is this “normal”. $1000 later for that trip. I also noticed that they didn’t perform the 60k routine service as the break fluid was already completed at 50k. How is it “recommended” at 50k and then listed at 60k again? It feels like they are told the bill has to be more than $500 each trip, and if it isn’t then they have to “find something” wrong with the car to get the bill that high. I am not impressed at all with the practices of Kocourek VW imports. My service advisor was fantastic and I don’t believe she is the reason for any of this, I believe she reads off whatever she’s told to. Please do better Kocourek and please do recalls if the engine is leaking fluids that are “normal” and “consistent” with SUVs. At this rate I will never buy another VW vehicle. I will be going back to a Chevy.

The spartan surroundings speak of organized and deliberate service. Exactly the precise, mechanical performance of the VW Autos and engineering. We appreciated the years service. All seems to be working well.
