I had a wonderful experience at Kocourek VW. This was my first experience buying 100% brand new, Nick was my sales person and did a wonderful job. He knew the answer to practically all of my questions, new every feature in each car. When it came time to buy my vehicle was cleaned and ready for me in the show room. Then Greg was my finance person, he was very personable and explain in detail everything I signed and why, what each warranty did and did not cover, also did a wonderful job at breaking down my payment and explain why and what my monthly payment would be and go towards.

When I made the appointment, I specifically told the service rep that I needed to have both fog lights swapped out for new ones (one bulb was out). Upon arrival for my appointment, I was told they only had one bulb in stock!!
