Took over 2 hours for an appointment explained as 45 min to 1 hour. There was no communication while I waited. Had to go back to get key when I was leaving. The employees were nice.

Mike the general sales manager was super great and had a great face/skin. Greg the finance manager was a delight and serenaded my while signing paperwork on a Friday night. Sales manager Ken also did a great dance for me that was personalized. All are strapping lads. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Awesome experience. Definitely didn't expect it to go that great. In an age where it seems like customer service is on the decline these guys we friendly and polite, communicated well, and made me feel like I was a top priority from the time I drove the car in the door until we picked it up.

I had a wonderful experience at Kocourek VW. This was my first experience buying 100% brand new, Nick was my sales person and did a wonderful job. He knew the answer to practically all of my questions, new every feature in each car. When it came time to buy my vehicle was cleaned and ready for me in the show room. Then Greg was my finance person, he was very personable and explain in detail everything I signed and why, what each warranty did and did not cover, also did a wonderful job at breaking down my payment and explain why and what my monthly payment would be and go towards.
