I chose this rating due to the poor communication by staff, and not having my requests followed through with. When I made my appointment I was clear on oil change and someone to look at navigation. The navigation was not written down by a staff member and not communicated out. I also asked to talk with a sales person as I was interested in a trade in and possibly a new car and that was also not followed through with. The person that checked me in did not relay that information to anyone.
