    We purchased a previous car at this dealership and were happy with service since then so I intended to keep doing business with Kocourek. Initial contact for vehicle options and negotiation on pricing of the new vehicle and trade-in value was reasonable. The agreed on Atlas was not on the lot but was expected in 9-12 days. At 19 days I said I was looking elsewhere at vehicles on the lot and was told it should be in the next day. At 21 days they made arrangements for a dealer trade for a very similar Atlas. The pick-up process was the most annoying. We had an appointment for 3 days later and it took over 2.5 hours. The Atlas was not not yet detailed when we arrived, and although I had supplied all necessary info up front, none of the paperwork was ready. We then spent the last 1/2 hour waiting for the license plates to be transferred from our trade in. The salesman was not around when the plates were finally installed so we left. It has been over a week and have received no contact from the dealership.

    We had a 7 am appointment. While what we thought was wrong and what it turned out to be were different, we were surprised to learn that not enough time had been allowed and other appointments were taken and we were delayed by 3 hours. Also amount quoted was less that what we owed. AND no-one alerted us ahead of time that there would be a surcharge on credit card use. I guess all communication issues. McKenna was great - observed her keeping a cool head with us and others.
